Great location in quiet backstreet close to restaurants and town centre. Beautifully refurbished and resourced apartment with view to surrounding hills. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need and washing machine was excellent. Host was both generous and attentive, meeting us on arrival.

Nothing not to like. Stairs to loft may be problematic for some but not an issue for us.

Location was lovely, just a long walk up the stairs to get to the apartment (on the 2nd floor) so be prepared with luggage! Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Cleaning staff (husband and wife) met us to let us in the apartment and show us around - they didn't speak English but were very helpful and sweet! I would stay again!

Second bed wasn't made and bedding was difficult to find - but host did respond at midnight with information to help.

Our host Stefano was excellent and so was the place too. The kitchen was reallly well equipped, and thoughfully all essentials were provided, including things like washing up liquid, condiments, milk, etc. The bathroom was spotless and had a really good shower. The location was peaceful and near everything, just minutes to the restaurants, boats and train station. The only thing you need to be aware of is that you have to climb 4 flights of stairs (52 steps in total) which must be considered if you are elderly or frail.

There was nothing negative, and I am sure if there was any issue, Stefano would address it.

Excellent host! Everything is clean and tidy, the apartment is few minutes walk from the train station and to the ferry terminals. “Stefano was exceptional with us. The super perfect location, the apartment is at the central of shops, cafes and restaurants just few steps from the apartment, so easy to get around. One thing is certain: if I were to return to Lago di Como we would always choose him!” The communication with Stefano couldn't be better. He always answered questions promptly.
