Power supply,secured neighbourhood, cleanliness, comfort, lightenings in the facility, Landline in d apartment to contact the property management & security. Booklet informing guests about the facility, tourist areas and neighbourhood, stable/strong WiFi, non- smoking facility, yoga mat. Provision of quiet and beautiful area for its guests. Also there's provision like a reception where you can sit with your guests in case u dont want to bring em to your room. I received a complimentary wine from the facility mgt. because somehow they didn't receive the modification of my reservation from booking.com, as their own way of saying ,we are sorry'.haha. I genuinely loved it here.

An inverter should also be directly connected to the television because anytime the power went off, the TV goes off too , this makes watching tv tiring as sometimes the power went off 5x or more. I shared this with the property mgr. Tope.

It's a very beautiful and clean space in a nice and quiet environment. I particularly enjoyed the fact that it was close to the banks, restaurants, supermarkets, food marts, etc. It's also in the centre of everything. There's constant power and a standby generator and inverter. Your security and privacy are definitely guaranteed while here. The kitchen is also fully equipped with tools and stuff for cooking. We were also provided with a bottle of water. Philip, John and the manager were very helpful, polite and patient.

Only dropping this as a heads-up for another guest booking this space (as I already brought this to the attention of the management). I believe some additional services and items can be provided as part of the stay package at no extra cost to the guest eg. laundry, some kitchen towels, salt, peppers, cooking oil, bathing and handwash soaps and lotions, etc. In other words, keep these in mind and just bring these stuff with you, as this apartment is fully self-catering.

The staff and manager were always professional. The environment was quiet and clean. The location was brilliant, in the centre of town.
