staff were polite and friendly, facility was well secured, utilities like electricity, internet, and water were functional. the facility is closer to other amenities guests would need, and the staff were on hand to help 247

Cleanliness of the property and feeling of security, friendliness of the staff, functional amenities, and closeness to city centre and other attractions. I also fell there services was a good value for money

The ambience is great and the space is comfortable.

Too many rules and fine prints that included payment of cautionary but refundable deposits, rationing of power supply and strict adherence to check in and check out procedures. Airport shuttle arrangements were inadequate.
