Not easy to find from Google maps. Shared bathroom but didn't cause any problems

Clean and comfortable bedroom. Lovely clean bathroom. Very good value in quiet location. Easy to get into central Leeds by bus.

Initially unclear that we could use the kitchen as it stated no breakfast in the listing, but it was fine. More written information once we arrived would have been helpful, as we had to let ourselves in.

I was pleasantly surprised, such good Value, I have stayed in places 3 times the price, this was far better.

Why do you ask so many questions. I have told you it was excellent. You ask far to many questions. I have have said it was excellent. I will not do another review on another property

Nice neighbourhood, the room faced the street, so it was quiet. (There were parties in the backyards.) The car could be parked in front of the house. There was some small grocery and a take-away restaurant within 15 mins of walking.

Questionable cleanliness: small hand towel in the shared (!) bathroom not changed for several days (despite neighbours changed), selective garbage bin not emptied for days (despite it was full), kitchen somewhat smelly, shared bathroom definitely not even hoovered for days, surfaces (windows, tables) hazy, etc. Several appliances not working: coffe maker, sandwich maker, iron so dirty that it took us half an hour to clean it and we still ended up with dirty dots on the shirt. No sound insulation between the room and the neighbouring room or the bathroom.

Host was friendly, water cooker in the room. The room was clean and the bed was good enough.

Rough area, not safe to leave a nice car on the street. Very basic room. Shared bathroom was falling apart but clean enough.
