Clean and comfortable. Nice tea & coffee facilities Quiet location.

A very minor point is that the hall mirror slightly overhangs the hall light switches.

The bedroom was a decent size and had all we needed , good clean bathroom

There were some cleanliness issues , under the bed was really dirty , the doors and paintwork needs cleaned , on arrival I was slightly put off by a strange smell , but this could be easily rectified with a good cleaning regime. The place just needs a bit of tlc The surrounding homes were quite noisy with people out in the street until quite late , but I still managed to get some sleep.

Clean room and clean bathroom, great host asked if needed anything. Bathroom and shower kept clean throughout the night.

there was no breakfast, but i was aware of that. in the room, there was coffee, sugar and a kettle. i just loved the neighborhood the accommodation is in. it's very familiar, quiet with green areas and totally residential. i saw a lot of kids playing football, riding their bikes and playing with their parents in the streets freely and safely. these things reminded me a lot of my childhood. The hostess is such a kind, gentle and helpful woman and from the very first moment, she made me feel home. easy to get to the place from the city center, about 25 minutes by bus. i just loved to have spent the weekend there.

to be honest, as far as i remember, everything was really good.

Bed was very large and comfy

Toiletries were large bottles to be communally used. I was expecting small sample sized containers
