It was very clean and tidy. Well equipped. Made a great base for the 4 days.

The kitchen utensils were not clean, and no fans were provided for guests during the heatwave. There were many bugs inside the house, and the fridge was not cold enough. The bike hire shop was closed, but this was not mentioned when I made the booking. My children were very disappointed about this. The location was also not very good, with not many attractions nearby.

The location is great. The park itself is very well kept. The accommodation was all nicely spread out was quite new so modern and in good condition. The bar area was very modern and inviting and all the staff were helpful and friendly.

There were only a couple of things we can mention that we didn’t like. In the evening when the bar/restaurant area had been used all day it was untidy and there was lots of food and litter on the floor and tables needed clearing. I think this was because it was busier than expected but the staff were all very busy and still helpful. We were in an Esme caravan which looked nice but was starting to show signs of ware and tear. It had no draining board so washing up was a chore and whilst the hob was induction, one of the three pans wasn’t so we couldn’t use it to cook. There was also no oven but we hadn’t noticed that when booked. The Esme did have nice bifold doors and a very large decking area though. And the design was very funky.
