The fact that it was close to the place that I worked

I didn't like anything. Nothing was like the pictures or description. My booking was not even listed on their side. All and all a terrible experience.

"That advertising is very deceptive, I would like them to refund my payment."

False advertising, when we arrived there were dirty packages in front of the motel. The reception staff were unprofessional, dressed with shoes. When I arrived they gave us one room even though I booked two rooms. There was no fan, we were advised the fans were broken. We left and booked another accommodation which was cheaper and we felt safer.

It did not look safe at all, we did not trust leaving out bags there.

The lady at the reception she's rude and doesn't respect clients. Thanks to the gentleman who intervene and deliver a reasonable room to me.
