1. The property is in a rather inconvenient, remote location with minimal-no access to restaurants or food outlets. 2. The unit was untidy with a broken window, which could not be open. There was no ventilation or a fan or aircon. 3. The beddings were dirty. 4. The staff could not comprehend the problem nor assist.
