"Not a place I would recommend!"

Proximity to rose garden and other tourist places. Some members of staff did their utmost to provide a good stay.

It wasn’t clean. Was given the wrong room at the start. Only when we raised a complaint were we offered the right room. The rooms and bathroom were dirty. The second room we were transferred to had leakage from the roof. There was damp on it. The buffet was served in cheap plastic trays. For the price we paid, it was totally not worth it.

Stayed here recently and overall it was a really good experience. The stay is great for the price. Food was very good and the rates are affordable. Staffs were helpful and the response to requests was very fast. Room was neat and clean. Overall a pleasant stay. Location is also nice. Would recommend this place to everyone.
