I booked a family room with two double bed cots for 4 adults and 2 children and availed an extra single bed. Price is bit expensive but worth it. Pros : Facilities are all good, staffing and maintenance is proper. Clean and hygiene.

Cons : Couldn't get mountain view for family room + Location which is bit far from town. Hotel is located at a steep slope near Lovedale. Suggests to come in own vehicle.

Breakfast was very very average. I was shown a valley view room when booking but when check-in we got a room with horrible view on the other side of the building.

staff was very bad. There was only one person in the front deck and he was rude. When check-in his attitude was take the room or leave, who cares !!
