Hilltop Inn

There was nobody to check us in. The hotel was locked and nobody was at the hotel to meet us. We had to stay for almost an hour. Nobody answered the phone and nobody was at the hotel. I was about to contact the Expedia to get my refund. We could not get in our paid and reserved room. In an hour a drink maintenance guy was driving his cart, I flagged him down because he was working at the next hotel Red Roof Inn. He took me to his manager, Monica. Monica was able to check me in when she worked for a different hotel. There was the same managemen7 for both hotels. There was no sign or note to guide your guests… I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Ms. Monica was very nice and professional. I checked in only because of her apology and great customer service! Otherwise, I was cancelling and requesting full refund…

It was quite for good rest

Unclean, dirty, moldy, roaches, no hot water, total ick ew hard pass. Never again

The bedding and mattresses

Everything was very nice.

Fueron excesivamente groseros, "nos corrieron por tener una politica interna de 3 dias" la cual ni expedia estaba enterada, son excesivamente groseros, racistas y denigran a sus huespedes. Para ser un negocio de servicio estan muy fuera de lugar. Si fueran honestos se podria tomar una desicion neutral y buscar otro lugar. Pero no querian cancelar la reservacion para la devolucion del dinero ni tampoco respetar la reservacion que ya se habia pagado previamente. NUNCA REGRESARIAMOS, son agresivos, irreapetuosos y lejos de buscar una posicion neutral para encontrar una solucion son excesivamente problematicos. NO REGRESARIAMOS NUNCA

I literally caught a staff infection in my face after using their towels and they don’t serve breakfast but other than that it was nice.

Won’t accept passports roaches were everywhere in the room. Decided not to stay and let them keep the $60 and had to go find a different hotel
