Overall not bad. Checking in was the only issue. It took a long time to check in and i had to pay for my two rooms one at a time instead of together.

I booked a room for a night and when I went there for checkin no body is in the office and no body is picking up the phone. I waited for one hour before giving up and going for near by hotel called rooftop inn. When I went there for a room and explained what happened with me they said we do look after both the properties and I can help you with checkin for prior bookings. It wasn’t mentioned any where that I have to go to this place for my check in. Rooms stay wise it was near busy road so noise is there and rooms are not all clean. On my check out I went to that roof top inn and said I’m checking out and I waited outside their office while waiting for my cab to arrive but the security or so from there asked me to leave the area because my room is in hilltop inn which doesn’t have any office or any person available to talk ( it was extremely cold outside). So overall it was a very bad stay and I won’t opt for it next time even if it’s for free.

Very dirty no hot water bed on top of file cabnet nothing worked had by bedding just to sleep pillows were yellow and now im etching hope i dont have bed bugs no heat ect. Please decline them from Expedia False advertising

Budget friendly hotel,

Bathroom was not the cleanest behind the door and on the back of the door.

Simple, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Dirty hotel: old and broken towels and sheets. Terrible beds. Staff very unpleasant. Very bad experience. Only positive comment, good location.

Property was unsafe. I booked 3 nights in this place and checked out after the 1st. You get what you pay for. -Door would not lock. I could push it open from the outside. -No hot water and when I informed the front desk, was told the maintenance team would arrive in 2 to 3 business days. -Dirty. Stains everywhere. Hole in bathroom door. -Front desk staff was nice but couldn't really help. -Requested refund for nights not stayed but couldn't reach person in charge.
