Kom dåligt med vatten ingen varmvatten

Välstädat och stort rum med balkong. Vi bodde i ett rum med fin utsikt mot havet. Lite långt ifrån själva centrum, men det gick lätt att ta en tuktuk. Personalen var snäll och allt gick smidigt.

Lite kallt vatten i duschen.

The staff are nice people and cordial. The neighborhood is close to all amenities

1) Bathroom is a horrible state with a baby basin to wash, brush teeth etc 2) The facet didn’t work in the sink and there is only one tap.No hot water valve and no cold water just one that TRICKLES water when turned on. There is no water pressure from the sink so they expect you to use the shower handheld wand to wash face, brush teeth with 3) There is NO HOT/ Warm water! When I inquired about warm water I was given a shoulder shrug and a giggle and told “ no hot water” 4) No chair …every hotel room needs one chair to sit on. 5) No bedside table. I take medication in the middle of the night and there is no bedside table to put medication on and a bottle water. 6) They offer a balcony but no chairs to sit out on in the evening. -–—————————————————————————————— The rates for the room may be good BUT that is no excuse for the decrepit state of the bathrooms. I have placed a formal complaint with Booking.com as they should not offer such poor standards in hotels on their site. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

L’unico aspetto positivo della struttura è la posizione, comoda per muoversi in zona.

Per il resto l’esperienza è stata decisamente negativa. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da una responsabile molto scorbutica e poco professionale, che ha addirittura dichiarato di non controllare le prenotazioni provenienti da altri siti, lasciando gli ospiti con il rischio concreto di arrivare e non trovare la stanza disponibile. Il Wi-Fi era estremamente scadente e di fatto inutilizzabile, e una mattina si è verificato anche un blackout elettrico. Inoltre non c’era acqua calda, informazione che non era stata specificata sulla pagina al momento della prenotazione. La stanza era fatiscente e la struttura in generale tenuta molto male, con insetti e formiche ovunque. Anche l’accesso alla stanza era complicato e potenzialmente pericoloso, a causa di gradini molto alti e irregolari, soprattutto quando piove. Nel complesso, a parte la posizione, il soggiorno è stato molto deludente e non lo consigliamo.
