Staff is super accommodating.

Many stairs to get to the room. Room was visible from the road outside. No toiletries. Room was very bare

Good location, just a small 2min walk and you are on the beach to see the sunset ! And just a 5min tuk tuk ride to El Nido center. Emily was at the reception and she was the best! Helping with booking island hoping tours and day adventures, providing some good advice and always welcoming and smily ! The room was basic but comfortable, wouldn't fit more than 2 people though.

Not a lot of water pressure

The Inn was basic and had all we needed for our stay! They would tell you there is not hot water, but it will never be a problem and not having to adjust the water with the heat of El Nido was eventually even more comfortable. The inn is 2 minutes away from the beach with one of the best sunsets in Palawan, tour starting and canoe rentals. The check-out at noon was an amazing plus that allowed us even on our last day to enjoy the morning at the beach in the most relaxing way. The best part of the Inn though was definitely Emelyn and her staff! They were available basically 24/7 and the most friendly people, it might not be a 5 star resort, but stay assured they make our stay feeling like one!

Really lovely staff

Can’t really expect much from a budget-friendly inn. It’s decent enough for sleeping. I’m just happy we didn’t experience any of the bad reviews! There’s no hot water but it’s perfect for the hot weather in the Philippines. The room and toilet were clean. Aircon and fan functioning properly. Wifi was okay-it would disconnect a couple of times and a bit weak. But what makes Brenmariel great is the very friendly and accommodating staff! They helped us arrange transport from Lio Airport to the Inn and returning. They would give tips to avoid greedy people taking advantage of tourists. For all guests’ maximum comfort, do NOT dispose tissues on the toilet so it would not clog. Overall, it’s okay if you want to save money!
