Very resourceful and hospitable.

Great host, awesome place, we had a picnic on balcony, host came to meet us, nice free parking in walking distance. Everything was top class, like in 5 stars hotel rather then rental. Highly recommended.

Nicolò is a wonderful host! We stayed 3 nights. Wonderful feeling of peace when in his apartment. Bedding so comfortable and everything pristine clean. If wanting to eat in, everything you would need (we ate out). There is a credenza full of information on the history of the building and what to see and do and a local map of Orta San Giulia. The host, Nicolo, was amazing. He reached out days before we arrived with necessary check in details. He personally greeted us on arrival and on departure. His service was excellent. There is such a difference in a property that is managed by owners as you get that personal experience. There was also a personal greeting for us in the apartment. The apartment was spacious with all amenities. The bed, pillow and towels were all of excellent quality. The location was close to several restaurants that could be walked to. On our three trip through Italy this was the best place we have stayed! If I could rate higher than 10/10 I would.

I only wish I could stay longer!

Nicolò was an amazing host, super informative, communicative and helpful - we received all the details for check-in via WhatsApp. There was free covered parking, Nicolò assisted with our luggage to the apartment. Wow - beautifully decorated and renovated in the oldest house ever! Every detail was thought out perfectly. We felt extremely welcome and wished we could have stayed a week! The location was super central, but still so quiet at night. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom perfectly set up! Thank you for a lovely stay and we certainly hope to return one day!

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. I would score an 11 if I could. Beautifully decorated, great location and a friendly very helpful host. I do not score 10 very often, but Casa Longhi deserves an 11.
