EVERYTHING was perfect! Perfect location only 2 minute to beautiful lakeside square that is the centre of the village. Perfect space for 2 people. Perfectly comfortable bed and furnishings. Perfectly appointed with kitchen, dining, living areas on ground floor, spacious bedroom and bathroom all very tastefully renovated. Perfect host with great communication and perfectly proactive - offering to pick us up and drop us off to train station, organised the best restaurant table in town for us and nothing was too much trouble for Nicolò’s guests. Perfect value for money in a perfect setting - just book it!

Wow, everything about our stay was 5 star. We fell in love with Nicolò's gorgeous place. This gem has been the best accommodation we have stayed in. Gorgeous old building, so beautifully renovated and decorated, new kitchen with everything you need if cooking. Spotlessly clean and quiet. Gorgeous little verandah off bedroom, great spot for evening drink or morning coffee. Comfy bed. The attention and pride Nicole puts into not only providing fantastic accommodation but ensuring as guests we were welcomed and had everything we needed we say thankyou. We were sad to leave, we wished we'd stayed longer. Location was also so close to main square.

The proximity to parking and the village centre. The helpfulness of Nicolo, above and beyond. Accommodation was top notch.

Newly renovated, well equipped and clean apartment situated in the middle of the old town. It has a nice balcony with a garden view. Nicolò is a very friendly host, excellent with communication. He also arranged free parking in a parking garage and picked us up there. Highly recommended, would have liked to stay longer. Thanks, Nicolò!

Beautiful, recently completely renovated self contained house with everything you need. Few steps away from orta san guilio main piazza and best gelato shop.

Fabulous location, gorgeous well equipped apartment, secure parking, and excellent communication from Nicolò. Wished we had stayed 3 nights, we will return again.

I love love this apartment. I told friends at home I would live in this home! Clean cute. Has everything. Welcoming decor. For me and my husband it was ideal. The only mistake was not staying long enough. Niccolò may not be a super host yet but he will be. No doubt!

The Host Nicolò is really great and helpful for the arrival, helping for parking the car and assist for the luggages. Appartement rénovation is really great and globally a must and house déco so cute and authentic. Bed is large and very comfortable, All was so clean, room is exceptionnal with private terrasse. To note washing machine for your dressroom

Beautifully appointed, pristine apartment in an excellent location, steps from the main square. Very clean and thoughtfully set up for guests. Nicoló, the host, was communicative and helpful. The rental exceeded our expectations in every way, and was a great value.
