"Very unpleasant stay"

Location

Sink blocked and whoever unblocked it didn’t lift towels from shelf therefore we had no towels and no phone in room to communicate with staff for replacement Staff told me it was the solution to clear blockage had leaked through pipes!

"Great location, but not suitable for light sleepers or menopausal women!!!"

Fantastic location, spotless, comfy beds. Staff were so lovely. Water and Taytos in the room were a lovely touch.

The heat in the room was unbearable. Neither of us slept a wink, despite having a fan. There was one window that only opened a little bit , and we couldn’t leave it open because the noise from “The Dirty Onion” pub across the road would waken the dead. They did provide one set of ear plugs but they were useless.
