Great location if you want to visit for music and drinks in the cathedral quarter, or just a short walk to the SSE arena. Lovely decor, very friendly staff (especially Ryan) and wile we didn’t have the breakfast, we did have food the evening before and it was delicious.

Could be difficult to sleep with the noise from outside

It’s in the center of every pub and dance party in downtown Belfast

Bad beds!

Moderne kamers boven een bar/restaurant. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamers heel netjes en ruim met grote ramen met uitzicht op de straat. Heel leuk kijken op het bruisende uitgaansgebied. Hotel ligt midden in Belfast.

Het hotel ligt midden in het uitgaansgebied dus is er veel lawaai. Vond ik alleen maar gezellig, maar als je daar niet tegen kan moet je een andere plek zoeken.

We were aware of this from reviews but i can see noise being an issue to some guests the hotel is located right in the heart of the pub area, but the disadvantage is noise, it wasnt an issue for us as we went out to the bars but be aware, it is very noisy up till 1am, inculding downstairs at weekends

It really is right in the middle of everything. The room itself is comfortable, there’s a couple of really fun pubs literally right across the street, and they provide earplugs for the inevitable late night noise.

The rooms are right above the restaurant/bar and they party hard on Saturday nights. DJ keeps the party going well past midnight. It’s a feature, not a bug. Just know what you’re getting into. It also can get quite hot and the temperature control units in the rooms are basically just there for show.

Friendly welcome and bright, clean room

The unbelievable noise from the DJ downstairs and the Dirty Onion opposite didn’t finish until 1 am. The room in the fridge didn’t work. We mentioned on checkout. No discount just ‘sorry’
