Location is good, very close to the see.

We arrived early and had written in advance that we wanted to check in before the official time. We were ready to pay extra for early check-in, but our request was refused — even though we saw other guests being checked in earlier. When we finally got our room, we found only one small elevator, which was extremely slow. While we were there, it broke down and was out of service for three days. We had to walk up to the 5th floor every time. Housekeeping simply does not exist here — the rooms are not cleaned at all during the stay. It’s the fist time I see this… Parking was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. However, it turned out that parking spaces are not reserved. If you leave and come back, your spot will be taken, and you have to find parking anywhere else but the hotel. Spaces are very limited. Our car was scratched by another vehicle, and the driver left without reporting the incident. We will be pursuing this matter further…. The rooms are outdated, the windows are very thin, and it is impossible to sleep because of the high noise level — both from the street and from other guests. The walls are so thin you can hear every detail of what your neighbor is doing in the bathroom. Overall, we are deeply disappointed with our stay. We even left it earlier…
