Appartamento molto funzionale e completo di tutto il necessario, molto vicino alla spiaggia. Staff molto gentile e disponibile! Il residence ha il posto auto gratuito.

there is a reception 24h, our apartment was quite spacious with a sea view. location - 3 min walk to the beach (we did not pay for sunbeds as we were there and back - you can just put your towel in a sand). small lift, swimming pool open mid September but water was colder than in the sea. you have shops downstairs - handy as we had to buy some additional things for cleaning the dishes and washing. the lady at the reception is very helpful - she borrowed us the electric kettle and iron. mid September - less people, no crowds or queque to the restaurants. very pleasant town. from Punta Sabbioni you can take a water tram to Burano, Murano and Venice (25eur daily ticket). we really enjoyed our stay. the beach is sandy, very clean and the sea is shallow there

We arrived an hour early. We could have gotten the room key a little earlier, but we didn't, which wasn't a problem. The problem is that we arrived an hour later and there was no one at the reception for 5-10 minutes. There was no sponge and dishwashing detergent in the kitchen, so we couldn't wash the dishes as we would have liked. There were no towels, they could have given us at least one for the bathroom floor.

Hotel peggiore mai visto in vita mia, portieri tutti antipatici, ci parlavano male e rispondevano scocciati a qualsiasi cosa, è venuto il portiere in camera nostra alle 3 di notte perché stavamo solo parlando a bassa voce e ha iniziato a urlarci dietro con parole scurrili, alle 10:01 ci hanno bussato per il check out e con modi veramente pessimi ci hanno intimato di muoverci a liberare la camera e dopo 1 minuto ci hanno bussato di nuovo, veramente esperienza pessima
