Blinds one broken, used my shirt to close the gap. Could feel some floor tiles loose. light for wardrobe not working. No towels in the room.

It’s clean

I left a key with them so that other can have access to the room, and discussed with them, instead I was checked out and my room given to other people. The items that I had left in the room they checked me out from, no word on them.

I think the place itself ,the way its soo nice and given the fact tht its build in a rural area but maintaining the required standard is commendable. Kudos to management and staff, i had a pleasant stay , was very comfortble throughout my stay. Keep up the good work... may you see more success.

Location - it was easy to find. The garden was well maintained, the room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Some items needed maintenance (bathroom door handle, blinds and a cracked tile)

Environment

It was clean comfortable safe and quiet, annd the aircon was a blessing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The refreshing pool was an added bonus after a long hot day. Most enjoyable and comfortable stay. Will gladly go again and will recommend it.

We couldn't access the wifi although the codes were given. There was only 1 bath towel for 2 people and only 1 teabag for 2.

The accommodation is well located and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, the place is great value for money.

Please consider cleaning up the residue on the bathroom taps, toilet and shower. It was very unattractive and made using the bathroom a little uncomfortable. Besides that the room was very clean.
