Staff needs training in hospitality , the only thing that saves them in regards to this rating was the property which was clean

. The staff was just ok.

The noise level in the area close to the guest house was unbearable for the 2 nights Very loud music until 4am. Why do we pay for the use of the braai facilty. R200 to use it. The tea in the room for two days was not enough. Had to go ask for more, because they only made provision for one person. No microwave in rooms. When asked for using a microwave, the only one available in the guesthouse was not working. The pool was very dirty. we could not use it, the temperature IN THE AREA was 37*C

Beautiful, well-kept gardens.

Toilet leaking, tiles cracked, 1 towel for a couple? broken bathroom door, broken blinds, no globes in bedside lamps, tv not working. Basic upkeep in the rooms would make a huge difference. Facility manager needs to invest some time in doing spot checks.Fire extinguishers clearly not services with faded labela. No hose reel in sight.
