The staff not very welcoming. Very expensive for a very small room.

A good central location

The rooms were very dated, it was very poor value for money, no breakfast and generally felt we were unattended

For room onle very expensive, plus no parking local. Payment to local council to park

Great central Location

The room was dark (purple and brown) and in need of some tlc. The bathroom grout was black and it didn't look like the floor had been cleaned Overpriced for what it was.

Great location,nice comfy room, pleasant staff

TV didn’t work. Staff tried to fix it but couldn’t. We were offered some complimentary food or drinks but we had already booked a table elsewhere for tea and we don’t drink. Also only 1 sachet of sugar and no sweeteners.

The Location

Our greeting was luke warm, we were not made to feel welcome. The young man who showed us to our room was wearing blue plastic gloves (random). To access our room we had to go into the courtyard, which had no lighting and when questioned the lack of, he said he didn't know where the light switches were. The room was very tired, with paint scratches all over the room. I don't know how they could call it Delux, the bed was tiny, and the bathroom shower needed a good clean, poor water pressure and the towel rail would not turn on so the bathroom was freezing. I would not recommend this to anyone.

We had dinner at hotel & room

Option of breakfast would of been nice. No 5 in annex were exceptionally noisy from 11.30pm to well after midnight
