Very small room with poor lighting The bathroom had no toilet rolls and the kettle would not fit under the tap in the sink to fill No breakfast on offer even for the huge price paid for the room No parking available at the hotel so had to use public car park which had no spaces within central Bakewell which was a problem as we had to walk miles to a car park There was internet at the hotel but we couldn’t get on it as too many people using it

There was nobody available at 9.30am when we left. We tried both doors to the main building but they were locked. We had to leave the key in our room door. We had an email that afternoon with checking out instructions. We replied, telling them where we had left the keys and why, but have not yet had a reply

Due to cleaners arriving late because there was an accident on road from Manchester (what happens in winter when there's snow on road?) we had a long wait to access the room. We were offered a drink but could some of the staff not started to strip beds etc to hurry things along?

Beautiful room in the perfect place to explore Bakewell

There was no signal or WiFi in the room. No parking on site. The shower was very poor. There was no one to talk to when we checked out and nowhere to leave the key so we just had to leave it on a pub table and hope that was ok

Good location

Room was very warm- was extremely hot day limited ability to open window and no fan. On initial arrival barman not very friendly or welcoming. Parked in car park to be told hmm the management won’t be happy make sure you are away before 10am!

这个酒店根本就不配所谓的三星或四星级。房间设施陈旧，卫生间洗澡水笼头水流非常小，不是太热就是太凉，而且循环从太热到太凉。夏天房间内非常炎热，连风扇都没有。楼下是酒吧，服务员非常忙碌，没有功夫处理你的任何要求。不提供早餐也罢了，早上七点离店时，楼下前台一个人也没有。酒店邮件说要交还钥匙，因为没人，考虑良久，只能把钥匙留在房间内。如此之差的乡村客栈，竟然要价180镑一晚，简直太无耻了！Booking公然推荐这种酒店，太丢人了。
