Location perfect, very quiet, very clean. Superb.

Mattress too soft. No blinds on Velux windows (4.30-5am very light in the room). Could be nice to find a roll of kitchen towel and USB point to charge the phone.

Nice, quiet location. The bed, although quiet small was probably the comfiest bed I have ever slept on and undisturbed sleep was inevitable. Nice size bath and constant hot water was lovely. Neighbours were quiet. On the whole a nice place for what we needed it for.

There was no possibility for the slightest bit of privacy when taking a shower, or bath as they are both situated in the main one room along with the bed. There was no wardrobe space at all, just a couple of hooks and hangers on the wall. The sofa in the room has seen better days and is stained, maybe a throw would have made it look more inviting, it could better be replaced at some point. The microwave is at a fairly high level on a side wall over the sink in the kitchen area and the door opens towards you. So, if you have hot food in there it is virtually impossible to get out without risking some form of injury. I'm actually surprised it has been allowed to be situated there. If the door open away from you it would help the situation. There is a leak from the base of the tap on the kitchen sink which pools and runs along from the sink and across the work surface, which we found out on the first morning after leaving some signed documents on there, which we now have to get reprinted and resigned due to the water damage. The imitation plant on the top of the toilet unit is thick with dust and just looks pitiful, why bother with it?

It was a good location and the room was beautiful, clean and cozy and nice and cool. Would definitely stay there again.

Parking is luck of draw if availability on drive but you can park on roads

The room was nice and had (free parking there and in the street as well ) 10 - minute walk to the beach and would book again here.
