Very spacy and comfortable unit with everything we needed.

It was really clean, comfortable, and really well planned room, everything you need in a small space. Location was perfect too, short walk to beautiful beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room (Arlo) had an open shower and toilet which isn’t ideal if you’re not comfortable doing your business in front of your room mate

cold! impossible to turn heating up past 18 degrees. flat above no felt pads so extremely noisy

Weird toilet set up, no door

Well-heated, warm apartment (Garden Suite) TV and wi-fi worked well. Comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Peaceful location within walking distance of the sea.

Hob did not work properly and we were unable to cook our breakfast as planned. The hob appeared to be faulty with no instruction manual provided. Very disappointing. Blinds in living room do not close properly, letting in early morning light. Previous guests have mentioned this so it should be sorted out by now. The mug/cup provision is minimal and there is no freezer compartment in fridge. Microwave difficult to use as badly positioned on shelf. Duvet cover for sofa bed was clean but the duvet itself was old and stained.

A clean and compact property positioned well for the beach and the Westbourne shopping area of Bournemouth.

The property needs some heavy curtains as once it is light outside there is no way of keeping it dark for sleeping.

Difficult to get heating on when needed , had to ask hose a few times to set up the system as the north facing rooms can get cool . Sofa could be better cushions slide out when sitting not very comfortable
