Casa Silvia

Fantastiskt sted. Beliggenheten er super sentral i byen, bare noen få minutters gange til alt man trenger. Stor Balkong med markise for solavskjerming og fantastisk utsikt der man ser både Bracciano sjøen og det gamle slottet. Leiligheten er utstyrt med alt man trenger for å ordne seg selv. Og vi var glad for at det var aircondition i leiligheten da det var godt og varmt de dagene vi var i Bracciano. Vi lagde litt mat selv og det fungerte veldig bra og det er super kort avstand til matbutikken og øvrige butikker. Flotte rom, alt er som vist på bildene og rente og pent, ryddig og organisert, også godt ivaretatt med brannutstyr og førstehjelpsutstyr. Veldig gode senger å sove i. Verten Silvia var helt fantastisk, veldig profesjonell og det føltes velkomment og koselig på alle måter. Hun er veldig tilgjenglig og behjelpelig om man har noen spørsmål eller trenger hjelp. Hun stiller opp personlig ved ankomst, noe vi syntes var veldig hyggelig. Ett sted vi kan anbefale på det varmeste og veldig gjerne reiser tilbake til igjen.

Ett lite tips dersom du er handicapped eller er veldig dårlig til beins, så ligger leiligheten i 4. etasje, så det er noen trapper å gå opp til leiligheten. Men for friske mennesker, så er det bare litt mosjon :-)

Everything! The apartment location was fantastic and the terrace views were beautiful. Everything was very clean. Silvia was very communicative and friendly. There was accommodation for all of my colleagues. The snacks and amenities were very much appreciated!

Lovely flat, newly refurbished with everything you need. Nicely clean. Large beautiful terrace with a nice view of the lake and the castle, furnished with dining table and chairs as well as bench and coffee table. Location is great in the centre. The host Silvia is super nice and helpful, made our stay very special.

Casa Silvia is a beautiful, clean apartment with arguably the best views in town from the terrace. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station and about 3 mins from the castle - it couldn’t be more central! The air con was effective and refreshing, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Silvia, the host, was very warm and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed a wonderful few nights here and would recommend to everyone.

perfect location, about a 5 min walk to the Castle and main old town, and also a small supermarket. easy 15 min walk to the train station. fabulous view across to the lake and around to the castle. very comfortable for a longer stay with full size fridge and cooking facilities. Silvi was very accommodating, especially as my train was severely delayed. Having the balcony in glorious April weather was a real bonus, and all windows/doors have shutters so you can sleep happily with fresh air coming in.

up 3 flights, no lift. but you only have to take a suitcase up and down once!
