Casa Silvia

The location is very good, if you want to combine a holiday by a lake and visit Rome. We used a car to reach the lake with small children. The flat is a great place to stay, not luxurious but tidy and everything works. It offered us an easy stay to focus in relaxing and day visits to Rome by car. All services and historic sights are right outside your door. The huge terrace is fabulous, with a wiew, and we enjoyed it a lot. Good air conditioning.

Clean and quiet at night, good communication from host and wonderful terrace

Kitchen requires some small items like towels to use and kitchen paper/napkins. Other than that it was perfect

This is by far the best place we have stayed. The beds were comfortable, the view was breath taking, the bathroom had two sinks with toiletries, the breakfast hamper was exceptional and the list goes on. Thank you so much Sylvia and your beautiful daughter for making our stay so great. Bracciano is a beautiful medieval town and only 1 hour from Rome. Highly recommended. And my wife would like to add “Grazie mille, I loved your apartment, it was the reward after spending a day in Rome. Sitting on the terrace in the morning and afternoon is what dreams are made of. The people in Bracciano were very warm and friendly. Hope to be able to experience it again one day.”
