This property offers self-check-in only. All requests for check-in and check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. This apartment is co-hosted by a digital company, and the check-in process is completed via the Digital Receptionist app, which is mandatory. Through the app, you complete your registration and pay the remaining balance of the total booking price that Booking.com did not collect. On the day of arrival, you will receive access instructions there. The app also allows you to request additional services such as early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and additional charges, and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance). You will also pay the security deposit via the app, which is refunded within 7 days after departure, following inspection of the apartment and confirmation that no damage occurred and house rules were respected. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Lo studio è moderno ed attrezzato bene Posizione buona e tranquilla Comodo e spazioso

Ma si fa fatica a entrare ed uscire Se si dimenticano le chiavi dei fottuto La perdita di una chiave comporta 190€ di penale La registrazione online è faticosa ed inoltre chiedono una cauzione che non so ancora se è stata restituita Potrebbero avvisare sull'esito della cauzione Inoltre abbiamo trovato il water sporco ( Allego foto) e le stoviglie custodite nei cassetti sporche di olio

Lovely accomodation

Never got connected to wifi,also my flight was delayed and if l did not get to a bar by 22:00 could not gain access as they had the keys but could not direct to the property

"I may have to look for another place to stay if I am coming back for future visit."

The location of this place very close to two grocery stores and bus stops. The room is kind of small for 3 adults with 3 large 28" luggage.

The "sofa bed" look good on the photo but did not work. One person has to basically sleeping on the floor. The AC blowing directly on you when you are seating on the table.

Alloggio ben strutturato per una coppia o famiglia con un figlio . Pulito ed accogliente. Vicino si trovano supermercati e bar. Parcheggio coperto per la macchina. A15 minuti dal centro. Ideale per una visita alla città.

Het appartement was schoon

Locatie was onvindbaar, veel en veel te klein voor 3 personen, geen beddengoed voor de 3e, 3e bed was een stoel, geen contact te krijgen met host
