The views were amazing and the access to the beach was great too! The beds were comfortable. They had everything you could possibly need from beach chairs and beach towels to all kinds of kitchen items

Location, beach front, everything needed was provided, comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Beach towels & chairs provided, and anything you could possibly need in the kitchen.

Construction noise in the building next door was louder than the ocean from the deck.

Clean, well-appointed. Things were easy to figure out, everything was where it helped.

The condo is wonderful and in a great location, within a few miles of downtown Fernandina Beach and Amelua Idlsnd State Park. It had more amenities than expected, and I loved being able to hear the waves crashing on the beach through the doors and windows facing the ocean. The end unit was a big plus, bringing additional light inside and letting the sun shine on the amazing balcony later in the afternoon letting me sit outside longer The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils, and there were plenty of beach towels and chairs available to use.

The weather wasn't great but there wasn't anything about the condo I didn't like.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Had everything we needed for our stay. We did a long weekend but you could easily stay for longer in this well equipped home. The host was super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The condo is an oceanfront, corner unit, in a great location that comes with a parking spot. The first thing we noticed is how clean it was. The kitchen is updated with every tool you could possible need for cooking and/or drinking (we didn't do either, but we appreciated how well stocked it was). There are beach chairs and towels to use, an in-unit washer/dryer, large closets, extra pillows, blankets, games, paperback books and many other useful items. The air hockey table was a fun added bonus. We sat on the balcony each morning and watched the sun rise over ocean; it's a beautiful spot. . We were vey happy with our stay!

Extremely clean. Very spacious and the views were amazing. The king bed was very good, the double beds were fine, but soft. I will be back next year.

Only negative which was no fault of the property rental. One of the elevators was not working and we had to take the second elevator which was on the opposite end of the building. Not a big breaker, we got exercise.
