The Pelican

The condo was a lovely haven to spend a few days. The corner unit with a nice porch was a sweet place to have coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine at the end of the day.

The beds in the second bedroom were double/ full size beds but were very uncomfortable and short in length.I’m 5”7 and had to sleep on the diagonal so my feet would not hang off the bed. These beds are probably suitable for children but adults.

Great location. Very clean space. Wonderfully stocked kitchen with all the necessities and then some. Nicely decorated. The host sent me a text almost immediately after booking and was easy to reach throughout stay. I only had a couple questions the first day but his response was prompt. Awesome views of the beach. Quiet building. Very relaxing location.

The property was very clean and in a great location. The view of the beach was wonderful with easy access to it. The property has a fully stocked kitchen. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool at the property was nice, as well.

Ray was such a delight to work with! I wish all property owners were as enjoyable to work with as him! The property was exceptionally clean and so beautiful. Upon entering we immediately felt so relaxed and at home. The view from the balcony off the living room and the primary bedroom was absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed playing on the air hockey table. The beach chairs that were provided were a welcomed perk, but I also liked that there's a company you can rent chairs and umbrellas from if you don't want to carry chairs down to the beach. Beach/Pool towels were also provided which was very nice and thoughtful. The cooling moisturizing bodywash in the shower was a nice touch after a long morning out on the water deep sea fishing and a long afternoon on the beach.

The pool was closed, but this wasn’t a big deal for us because we go to the beach for the beach. One of the elevators went out. Again, not a big deal, because there was another one. Other than that there was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful view! Being on the corner of the block of condos gave us great view of the ocean and the south-reaching shore line.

No negatives. It was a great stay!
