Ottima posizione,casa ristrutturata con cura. Bar convenzionato per colazione un po' meno. Era chiuso.

Sarebbe il caso di fare arieggiare l' ingresso dell' abitazione. Odore di umidità.

so let me list the things that it didnt go well in this property, at least others will know what is really happening. 1. so when I booked this property, I received a text from them that it mentioned there is a "reception". So the morning on our arrival, I send a message telling them that what time we arrive. in my mind, it wasa BB and we needed to knew the code or collect the key to enter. however, they again said you can arrive whenever you want and there is a reception! and leave the city tax to the reception. THERE WAS NO RECEPTION!!!! we arrived at 3 p.m after dragging our luggage for liek half an hour to face a closed door and no one respond to the door bell! We called them and the guy over the phone was somehow bothered that we called them at that time! WTF! if you want to us not to call you, dont lie that there is a reception and give us the instruction before our arrival! 2. There is no instruction for how to work with the electic oven! we used to have one, so we already know how to work it out, but this one in the house didnt work. so every day we had the same issue and shockingly enough, when I sent a text to the guy telling him that why they left no instruction, he left me on read! and then we heard from some one in the street that yeah they guy is not here and he is not interested in keeping the property. 3. and we had no idea where we have to leave the city tax! oh yeah! to the reception that doesnt exist! the other couple across the hall had the same trouble. it is a shame.

La struttura è davvero bella e in una posizione comoda del centro di Urbino per girare a piedi e per raggiungere il vicino multipiano parcheggio (a pagamento). Secondo me la struttura ha un enorme potenziale e con pochi accorgimenti potrebbe notevolmente migliorare. L'host ci ha gentilmente dato una camera matrimoniale nonostante ne avessi prenotata una con letti singoli (da Booking risultava disponibile solo quella soluzione).

- La pulizia andrebbe migliorata, nel cestino del bagno c'era la spazzatura degli ospiti precedenti e nel complesso andrebbe pulita meglio tutta la camera. - il sistema di porte con il codice è comodo, ma le maniglie a volte si staccano perché fissate male o comunque da sostituire. - il layout del bagno è davvero bocciato. Nemmeno la mia ragazza riusciva a stare seduta sul wc per il poco spazio. - la comunicazione tra struttura e clienti andrebbe migliorata

Ambiente pulitissimo e letto comodo.

Difficoltà ad accedere alla struttura. Il pin che ci hanno consegnato era sbagliato e abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti prima che lo staff rispondesse alle nostre chiamate per darci il pin corretto.
