Nulla. Non ci siamo nemmeno entrati. Non aveva la camera prenotata. Unica nota positiva è che ci ha dirottato presso un altro hotel accollandosi la differenza di prezzo. (Il minimo che potesse fare)

La posizione!!

Comunicazione con lo staff! Terribile, mezz’ora ad aspettare sotto per avere il codice di accesso. Non ci è stato comunicato il bar per la colazione. Alla sera ha avuto un malfunzionamento la cassetta per aprire, il ragazzo ci ha comunicato il modo per ripristinare (mettere le mani al quadro elettrico). Pulizia da rivedere!!!
