Nice and spacious

Loose tap and needs new garden furniture

Location, hot tub, ensuite to each bedroom, living/dining area

No communal toilet on ground floor, mattresses too soft and beds very small, one bedroom had dirty linen, downstairs bathroom very musty/damp smell, stairs very steep and should come with a warning, outside area needs TLC, bedroom blinds should be blackout

Everything!Every thing had been thought of,the space and all facilities,down to ice in the freezer were amazing..

Nothing.However stairs really steep,but 1 bedroom/bathroom downstairs so perfect if a disabled/walking impaired person needs a safe place to stay.slight lip on both the entrance doors so a little tricky,but not impossible for wheelchairs.

We loved the fact that each of the bedrooms was similar in size and all of them had en-suite facilities. The location, so close to the beach, was perfect.

The white blinds don’t cut out much light so we woke early. Many of the windows didn’t have keys so we couldn’t open the windows and it was a very hot weekend. No key for parking bollards do we couldn’t park in the drive. Plumbing in downstairs en-suite needs attention as it is rather smelly. Outdoor tables are in poor condition. Hot tub needs maintenance as not all of the jets are working and it is rusty in places. Small sharp knives fur cutting garlic, onions etc would be useful. King- sized beds in a couple of ribs would be great for tall people! None of these things were a big issue but worth noting.

The house was immaculate, as the weather was hot we appreciated the fans in every room. Loved the garden and that every room had an en-suite shower. Was perfect for a large family gathering with dogs included.

Not a criticism but the stairs were very steep. Not very mobility friendly but there was 1 bedroom on the ground floor.

Facilities in the house

The 6 bedroom house was very spacious and clean, great for families, with unsuite in all bedrooms, Large open plan downstairs. Perfect location for the beach.

The garden was abit run down eg garden furniture . But a big space with bbq and hot tub which was abit run down. Everything else was great 👍

Excellent facilities, all bedrooms had en suites. Downstairs bedroom great for older relatives.kitchen had everything we needed.location fab.

Not enough forks, but easily sorted by popping to the local cliffs Hotel ( where you collect keys) and issue remedied without quibble, so we were very satisfied. Only other thing that could be improved would be to provide more suitable glasses for beer drinkers!
