Alton House Sheringham

My other half and I stayed here as we wanted to visit Norfolk for my birthday. We have both always enjoyed Sheringham so this seemed like the perfect place to stay! Oh my, was it!!! We absolutely loved our stay and have already been talking about when we can stay again! Within minutes walk of Sherringam town centre but on a nice quiet street with driveway parking, this B&B is absolutely perfect! I'm a clean freak and I couldn't find a single fault! Absolutely immaculate and so beautifully presented. Everything has been so tastefully done. To make it even better, Andrew and James were the most welcoming and perfect hosts! So lovely, friendly, made us welcome, made great recommendations on where to eat and go and made a banging breakfast! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alton House to anyone and we cannot wait to stay again!

Breakfast was excellent, James and Andrew were fantastic hosts helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and comfortable and cleanliness was a high standard.

TV choice was abit limited but that didn't spoil my stay

Pleasant breakfast room overlooking lovely garden. Menu varied and pleantyfull. and perfecly cooked.Our room was large with 3 windows overlooking garden,interesting decor, bathroom large, modern, and the whole house was impeccably clean.The two hosts were friendly,and professional,nothing too much trouble.

Excellent breakfast, quiet location nice garden, the hosts were friendly and everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect the room luxury decor. Tea coffee & biscuits replenished daily. Delicious breakfast. Andrew & James were lovely hosts and the cake on arrival was a nice surprise. Easy stroll to Sheringham centre.

Good breakfast, nice room, lovely hosts.

Conveniently situated near the main street in a quiet street. Easy parking off street. Helpful and friendly hosts who have created a comfortable, stylishly and carefully decorated B&B with all the conveniences needed. Comfortable and quiet bedroom with en-suite. Excellent breakfast that is nicely presented in a room looking out to the garden. The owners gave helpful tips about local restaurants, cafes and pubs that can be found nearby.

Very clean, lovely decor, Andrew and James were the perfect hosts, property is ideally located.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Decor, cleanliness, comfort, and breakfast were excellent. Highly recommended. Andrew and James were helpful and friendly.
