The house itself is beautiful.The room that we stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard,with lovely touches, Victoria Sponge Cake ,waiting for us in the fridge, fresh water and milk,that was refreshed daily. The breakfast room was also clean and decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was always hot and cooked to order and a good choice . Andrew and James were the perfect hosts,offering a good choice of local restaurants and ideas of things to do in the local area . We would definitely highly recommend Alton House .🏠

"Wonderful stay in ideal location for exploring Sheringham."

This B & B is one of the best we have stayed in, tastefully decorated large spacious bedroom (Room 1)overlooking a very nice garden, the bathroom is massive with walk-in shower fantastic bath and double basins. The hosts James and Andrew were friendly and accommodating and showed real interest in your day and were charming. Breakfast is provided in a large dining area and everything you could possibly want to eat from a cooked to order full English to a selection of cereals and fresh fruit. You must stay here, you will not be disappointed.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was exceptional, fantastic accommodation, breakfast was to die for clean and very comfortable amazing well done Andrew and James.it is one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. faultless

The location was fantastic and the hosts were brilliant, friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us.i would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back . close to the town and seafront .
