I have never seen this type of property. Where, despite having rooms available, they are doing dirty business by not giving those rooms to guests.

Please do not contact these properties. But I am also shocked that I did not receive any help from you. I feel very bad about the way I was harassed along with my family. You did not even arrange for another room.

During checkin, the staff told me that the rooms I have booked doesn't exist and I will have to pay more money if I need a room. It was 11 PM at night so I had no choice but to pay extra. This is cheating
