Very bad experience and hotel owner's behaviour was very rude

Manager behavior are very bad around 11pm manager and staff also Harrasment us. Don't go there.

COMPLETE SCAM !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Never book this hotel. It was my first time in kolkata i was travelling with my family , so i booked a triple room in this hotel collection o vrindavan via oyo, i paid some amount as pre payment in order to confirm my booking through oyo. As i reached the hotel and told the receptionist about my booking, he asked me the amount at which i booked the room and then he said no we don't accept bookings at this amount and we have fixed minimum amount at which we provide check-in, also he refused to deduct the pre payment i made through oyo app. I called oyo helpline several times and they assure me that i will get the check-in but the receptionist was so rude he did not provide us check in, after trying for 2 hours i had to leave the property and search for another place.

The staff at the concierge were not so welcoming, started question my relationship status with my girlfriend and insisted on having her phone number verified, which violates right to privacy despite attesting an ID proof in form of Aadhar. Goes beyond and yells if we are married or not. The bedsheet had stains, and the bathroom were not smelling fresh, broken wardrobe door which we were questioned for. I could survive somehow because I am connected with a lawyer based in Kolkata and I know my law, what about others that don't share the same privilege? I had paid extra for breakfast at the time of booking, forget about the breakfast which they declined to provide, they didn't even give a complimentary bottled water! I had walk late night searching for water
