That it's the worst one , there isn't even a single good point about this hotel

Even though the rooms might seem reasonably priced, Aspen Hotel is not worth the hassle. The first thing that stood out was the lack of cleanliness. The rooms were extremely dirty, the toilet kept leaking, there were cockroaches, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The rooms were also much smaller than they appear in the owner's photos. Don't be swayed by reviews saying it's "passable"—my experience was anything but. Many of the floor tiles were damaged, and several rooms didn't even have a proper ceiling fan, only a small table fan. I had booked a deluxe room, but the AC barely worked and instead leaked water throughout the night. The TV wasn't working, and there was no water heater either. The staff were rude and unhelpful. There is no proper waiting area, and if you ask to check in just one hour early, they demand an extra ₹1,000. Even extending your stay by only one hour costs another ₹1,000, which felt excessive. When I complained about the non-working TV, leaking AC, and lack of a heater, they changed my room. Unfortunately, the replacement room was even worse—I found multiple used condoms beside the bed, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. During checkout, I personally witnessed a man check in with a woman, and after completing the formalities, I heard him ask the hotel staff to arrange condoms from a nearby medical store. Based on what I personally observed, this did not feel like a family-friendly hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would strongly advise families and anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and professional stay to avoid this hotel.

In booking.com we shedule the booking time is morning 6'o clock but when I reached they didn't accept my booking they tell me there checkin time was 11 o clock so they take extra charges it's very unfair for me and there staff was also not good and behaviour is also not good.

Location was near metro ..

There are many things 1) cleaning must be done 2) old bedsheets and pillow 3)cockroaches everywhere 4) Dust 5) washroom drainage full 6) very bad smell in the room 7) u will get depressed once u see the room. 8) no towels were provide - next to our room there was a storage room I took from there. 9) shower was broken 10 ) No maintenance at all . 11) Not good for couple & family 12) very small rooms

We had a fantastic experience here. Staff were very nice and so welcoming they make me feel like a home.The room size was exceptional, and the bed was so comfy it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Great location, and the food was super too. Great value for money 😀

The room was generally okay. The bed was not clean and the AC and ceiling fan were covered with thick dust and looked unhygienic. They need a deep cleaning.

I have called the hotel owner or staffs, no one picked my call during checkIn. So, due to this i have booked another hotel.
