Beautiful property and location

The accommodation was superb, so comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Our hosts were so welcoming. Many thanks to Sue, her husband and their son, Adam, for making our stay extra special by arranging for 2 of our party to help milk the cows and learn about dairy farming. The location is wonderful. Lots of public footpaths on your doorstep and Aysgarth Falls was about a 3.5 mile round trip. Well worth doing. We would recommend staying here.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Very well appointed with everything you need. There is plenty of space, comfortable beds and wonderful views from every window. The hosts were really approachable and friendly.

The house is amazing, you want for nothing. Very clean and homely. The owner asked us if we would like to help milk the cows which was a great experience. Lovely walks from the doorstep. Quiet and peaceful. Just wished we could have stayed longer, will definately be back.

Meadow View is fantastic, it is a beautiful home with everything you need! Fully equipped kitchen and great dining area, lovely lounge with adequate family seating. The beds were super comfy and great showers too. We loved our short break and Sue was very helpful both in her communication before our stay and also during our stay . The location is quite central for exploring the Dales! We also would definitely recommend the Aysgarth Falls Hotel as we had a great bar meal there and it’s within walking distance, the country store at the garage was perfect for our everyday supplies and again within walking distance We will definitely recommend and will be returning

Fabulous location.

Fantastic property right in the heart of the Dales. It was perfect for our family mini break at half term with a 6yo and 5month old. The house is clean, bright and very well equipped. The kitchen is excellent. Location is great - a short walk down to local shop and a short drive to local attractions in Aysgarth, Ashleigh and Hawes. The owner Sue was brilliant in helping out with any issues we had too. We would highly recommend and will be looking here again in the future.

Only minor but because the house’s heating system works on ground source it means there aren’t any radiators to dry wet clothes on.

A great size property, the kitchen was exceptional. The whole property was very warm so the living area was lovely and cosy even without the fire on in the depths of winter. The picture windows in the front bedrooms were amazing for star gazing! Easy to walk to the spectacular Aysgarth Falls. All in all a fantastic stay in a quiet location.

Everything in the property was high quality & spotlessly clean. Lovely views across the meadows & just up the road from a nice pub. There are plenty of walks from the doorstep. A guided tour by David of the dairy farm made the visit.
