Breakfast was OK the owner was really nice he couldn't do enough for us

I requested a first floor be a use I have walk difficulties but we was put right on the top floor up 4 flights of stairs it was very hard there was also a party of stags who set the fire alarm off and they was loud and had no respect for others we told the owner we couldnt there he took us to his friends hotel called the empire inn on reeds Ave which was lovely he brought us back to pack then drive us back again he was so helpful

We where upgraded, little confusion as we booked up on booking.com and the hotel was under a different name. On arrival we were told we would be located and updated to the empire hotel on reeds avenue. Hotel owner helped us with luggage and transported us to the hotel, it met our expetcatations and more. Its a 5star hotel all newly done out, beautiful lights, very bright and modern. Comfy beds and can see the top of the blackpool tower from the room we stayed in.

Nothing it was perfect

The bed was really comfortable and clean . The Host (s) was lovely and very attentive throughout our stay . Thank you so much 😁

Rooms were a bit outdated and could’ve done with a bit of TLC. More towels could’ve been added and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Despite having wifi , there was little to none connection
