Quiet room

When we parked up outside the door was closed, the frontage of the accommodation was shabby, light fittings hanging off the wall, loose wiring etc. Checking in was poor. The building smells damp. The front door was only opened as we arrived. I thought the place was closed.

Der "Manager" ist nicht vor Ort anwesend, sondern taucht erst 10 Minuten nachdem man ihn anruft auf, was das Check-in erschwert, es happert an genügender Sauberkeit (Duschtuch mit Haaren, Wasserkocher enthaltet altes Wasser und Flecken an der Zimmerdecke)

Staff lovely , bed comfy , good pressure on shower , only thing was dbl room right at top a lot of stairs

Dbl Room Very very small , on top floor a lot of stairs (not hood for people with problems Breathing , legs )

Good breakfast but could have been some jam to go with the toast also they was no cornflakes you had a choice of frosty or branflake

Frist of all the price I seen on bookings. Com was £165 and breakfast was included but when I got there I was told if I what breakfast it would be 7 pounds each for breakfast so £14pounds per day we were there for 3 days so had to pay each day so £42pounds extra so 165 plus 42so £207and it should have been £165 so not happy at all also no hot water Friday night and no hot water on Monday morning for a shower not happy at all

the staff was friendly location was brilliant

asked for a fan as the room we was given was no bigger than an airing cupboard and very small window which looked our onto a rooftop full off nappies and food we didn't get a fan couldn't sleep as bed was so small and uncomfortable ended up going home at 4am as we could sleep with the heat and bed
