Excellent location near coral island & the tower, the hotel was clean & the staff was present & sorted any issues we had with the room.

It was a very hot day and the shower didn’t work in our room. There was a shared shower right outside our room, which we could use but we expected a room with en-suite.

This place is very central close to the winter garden, very good host

Value for money, a good location, breakfast was on spot.

Climbing stairs. Was tiring. But.managable

The location

The room was so small and we were in the middle of a heatwave and they had the heating on. We asked for a bigger room but the only one was right at the top of the b&b which was even hotter. We arrived Thursday 10th July lunchtime and we left Thursday 10th July teatime.. My daughter and me could not stay in that room with the heat so we got the train back home so we did roughly 6hrs of travelling.. Disappointed is an under statement.Total waste of money 😞

Basic rooms at a great price bed was comfy room clean ideally situated in the centre

Excellent breakfast, location was great in the heart of it all and staff was very friendly

My room was on very top floor and partner struggled but that was my fault not requesting a better room.
