The location was great and it was quick and easy to get to places we wanted to visit.

The room was awful. The bathroom door didn't open properly as room so small so if you are a little chubby you are in trouble. The bathroom window didn't shut and had massive rusty nails hanging out of it. The bedroom window was smashed and had a massive pointed shard of glass hanging on the Inside and had it fell out would have been very dangerous. The wallpaper was falling off from mould. The bed was so squidgy we co stantly rolled I. Towards the middle. The bed also I don't think was a dou le it was quite small. The tv on the wall you couldn't see the angle it was. There were loose teabags on the tea tray not in packets not hygienic at all. The blinds were too small for the window no curtains just curtain tie backs. Although it was fairly cheap these rooms and even the breakfast room look absolutely nothing like the pics on booking.com.

After having a disappointing experience at the shanklin which was not what we booked. It was a pleasure to see a well run budget hotel close to where we wanted The staff were pleasant it smelt clean and fresh before we even got to the room which was the same tea/coffee in the room with TV and WiFi available carpark just around the corner which is reasonable considering most hotels charge £10 a night if they have parking these days and the town centre is a short walk away

The stairs but that is because I have trouble with my legs.

No milk in room, noisy, dated room decor, check out- someone knocked on door before check out time

I really liked the reception, the host was very helpful the hotel has a great location

I had a peaceful stay, nothing out of the ordinary.

Lovely fresh bed, smelt delightful. Perfect location. Staff were very helpful Clean towels, shower gel, shampoo and soap provided. TV in room. Coffee and tea making facilities. Very cheap for 1 night.

Needs updating but didn't bother us.

Property was dirty. Wall paper hanging off the wall and wall moldy. Paid for breakfast to be told there was no breakfast. He then knocked on the door in the morning asking if we wanted breakfast but then it was too late we had made plans. Bar In darkness and covered in linen and other stuff
