I loved the location, visited last month and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was homely.

request a private bathroom and didn't have one. no shower facilities either room sat on a slant avoid

Comfortable bed and nice and clean and great location.

No breakfast option and shower was cold couldn't get it warm at all.

Staff friendly room clean and tidy bed was comfy

Didn't like the idea of being upstairs rather be on ground with my age and health

absolutely nothing, probably the worst place we've stayed ever, we brought up the cleanliness of the room and explained it was unsanitary, the person on reception just said that's not his job. he called the manager for us saying he was out of town and in some Faulty towers like scene we heard the phone ring in the next room, hear the guy speaking, only to be told nothing could be done, we left and checked in at the Grand hotel who were fantastic and the room was clean, a very stark contrast. To this day they refuse to refund us.

Everything, it was so bad we walked out after an hour in the hotel, didn't spend a night there, pictures show the room I booked on booking.com, 2nd shows the room we got I couldn't fit down the side of the bed). the room was 32 degrees, we asked to be moved to a room that looks like the one we booked, was told that wasn't possible. the room was disgusting with what looked liked blood on the sheets. The hotel lied about every aspect of our stay, no refund was given despite the state of the room and hotel

Compact double room, expecting small room and a double bed. Was a queen size so wasn't comfortable sharing with a friend. Plenty of diy jobs that needed doing in the room. Plus no handle on firedoor so struggled to get out everytime going out

Location was close to what we needed it for

Arrived at hotel and unable to gain access, had to phone and then a man appeared booked us in. Concerned two of the emectical sockets had a post it note over them, do not use and danger. Shower head kept falling off the catch. Faulty towers comes to mind. Confusion over booking then moved our belongings to another room. Tiles in.ceiling mmmm nor sure what was other side

Very poor WiFi and tea bags and milk not replaced . I was staying three nights
