Clean, very nice location, very comfy place, very responsive host also very flexible with check-in times as we arrived a bit earlier. It was perfect for us as we traveled with our small terrier. The small enclosed garden was perfect too.

This was nothing the host could do about, that part of the village hasn’t got good reception, the phone signal is inexistent. But we had good wifi in the room. Also the local pub isn’t serving food anymore, so we had to drive a bit further for dinner. And another small detail really: whilst there was plenty of stuff to eat at breakfast (porridge, cereals, jam, milk, honey) we’re not that keen on sweet breakfasts. So there wasn’t much choice on the savoury side: white toast and butter. But we bought some eggs from the local shop and had scrambled eggs in the microwave.

It was extremely convenient for visiting family. It was a great set up with all we needed for our stay. Breakfast cereals, milk, bread, butter, and jams were provided for breakfast as well as tea, coffee and biscuits. There was a fridge, microwave and airfryer. The bed was super comfy and the decor lovely

Great location for touring North Norfolk set in a rural area. The accommodation was comfortable and with the added breakfast items there was no need to rush to get out early. The secure garden was ideal for our dog. All round enjoyable stay.

Only had the bed to sit on and relax but we understand that space is of a premium so no room for a sofa , although there were 2 arm chairs.

Quite Sweet got me out of a jam when i needed a bed for the night

Good value and lots of breakfast choices. Clean and had everything that we needed.
