Proximity to the potential surf break although it was flat when we were there. Staff friendly and helpful. The massage I had was exceptional so I had two.

Quite run down and in need of repairs and maintenance. Many things on drink menu no available. Hard to find options for food other than hotel which was limited but OK.

This place is so run down, bedroom with molded walls, bathroom is just at the limit of the no go... I booked 2 rooms and the one with 2 beds had no windows, no wardrobe AT ALL. Breakfast included was only 2 eggs with bad bread, big choice on menu but no stock. Booking, you should do something as your photos have nothing to do with reality. Disappointed.

Overlooking the water. Pool. Watching the locals enjoying their holidays.

Major work out front therefore extremely noisy,building seawall. AC did not work.

Very kindly and helpfull staff. We are Family and booked family room downstairs. It has small windows and looks like sad. Without problem they give us another room in upstairs (attention when you will book; big bed and extra bed for require ☝️) It was very nice room with view to the ocean and pool. It is very quiet and nice place. Also its good locality for trips. Warungs near. For next visit Bali we want to come back 👌

The beach is dark and some times there is waves. For swimming with kids not ideal. But it is hotel for surfers so it is ok and There is option go to the Virgin beach or pool :-) 👌

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is right on the beach very close to a fun surf break.

The road going into the property is a little rough but I didn’t mind
