This was filtered in the booking.com app as a villa - it is NOT a villa. It's an old cheap budget surfer hotel. The road to get to it is only just driveable. You wouldn't be able to if it was raining. It would be a mud pit. We didn't stay the night. The staff were very friendly

Feedback on Accommodation While I appreciate the opportunity to stay at the provided accommodation and the hospitality extended, I encountered several challenges during my stay that I believe should be addressed to improve the experience for future guests: Room Conditions: The room had a strong fungal odor, which made the environment quite uncomfortable. Pest Issues: There were significant problems with mosquitoes and bugs. Additionally, large lizards were found in the bathroom, which caused further discomfort. Location and Accessibility: The location of the accommodation was less than ideal. Accessing the property via an uneven and unsealed road, which had large potholes and water puddles, was particularly challenging and made driving difficult, even during daylight hours. Staff: On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, which I greatly appreciated. I hope these concerns can be considered and addressed to enhance the quality and comfort of future stays. Thank you for your efforts in providing accommodations.

The use of doona cover instead of a top sheet

The surroundings are beautiful. Set on the beachfront with lush trees and landscape surrounds, and mountains in the nearby backdrop. One of the most beautiful places I have been to. Bonus having a right hand point break a short walk away also.

We booked a 3 bedroom villa however on arrival our villa was a backpackers dungeon with 2 rooms that were separated by a curtain. We were not happy amd eventually the manager offered us 2 separate double rooms but one upstairs and one downstairs. We had booked 2 nights and left after 1 night. The place has a weird creapy feel to it and I didn't feel safe at all. The manager kept saying that booking.com had made a mistake with the room description. The backpacker dungeon was not a villa.
