Incredible location, stunning view, spacious bedrooms. Very helpful owners, especially when we locked ourselves out at night! Thank you again!

Fantastic location right next to the sea and only a short walk to all bars and restaurants .

I found the bed very firm.

Direkt am Strand, d.h. Liegen am Appartement nutzbar, sehr gute Lage im Ort, Nähe zu Restaurants

Geruch im Badezimmer, sehr viele Mücken im Appartement bei der Anreise, laute Poolpumpe direkt vor der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss (Zimmer 101). Die Buchung erfolgte nach Zusage, ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk zu bekommen, was nicht erfolgte. Ein Handtuch -Austausch innerhalb von 5 Nächten wäre schön gewesen.

View lovely garden nice Large patch of mould on ceilibg above shower and shower curtain mouldy also a damp stain over kitchen.Beds very hard and noise from pipes and sounded like water tank above our room, hardly got any sleep it ruined our holiday.Been Kassiopi many times never had to complain before.Alsio sheets and. Pillocases never changed and toilet paper bin not changed on two occasions towels only changed once..

Got the last room available, the top floor with side view but it’s still a great (partial) view of the bay in one direction and the mountains in the other and a nice balcony to sit out on. I liked that the kitchen was separate to the large bedroom which had good air conditioning. Everything is very dated, especially the kitchen but it was kept clean by the housekeeper who emptied the bins daily. Plenty of sunbeds but no pool towels which was inconvenient. The best thing about Villa Nelli is the location, a few steps out of the back gate to the bay, a very quiet area perfect for swimming. Walk out the front door and in minutes you’re in the main square and harbour. You can easily walk around the headland with its numerous scenic coves, and the lovely Trilogia restaurant. Note there are no staff on site, when you arrive your name is on the door and the key inside. We were grateful our room was available early. Really loved Kassiopi, highlights included the 2 island cruise with Cosmic cruises.

Some guests before us had used plates, bowls etc and put them back in the cupboard without washing them.. seriously….who does that?!! Providing some washing up liquid and a cloth might have helped avoid this, there is literally nothing provided beyond a tiny tea towel and one toilet roll. If you’re staying for a week or more and don’t mind buying all the essentials in the well stocked local supermarkets then it’s fine. Somewhere else we stayed had an area where people could leave things they had bought for their stay for other guests, I think this would be a nice idea, we left everything behind, hopefully of use to the next guests in room 106.

Excellent location. Friendly staff and very clean. Pool and free sun loungers were very good too.

Needs washing up liquid and scouring pads to clean crockery. Towels a bit thin and need changing during 4 night stay.

Location, Outstanding Views and Tranquility. Great shower! The pool area was fabulous. Comfortable bed.

The room was a little tired in appearance but honestly who really cares as long as it’s clean.
