Casa Melody

Very new and scenic view.

It’s a shame that this new apartment was marred by mold on the shower floor. The bathroom has a lingering smell when we arrived. We opened the windows to air it but failed to remove it.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Melody and would definitely love to visit again! The hosts were very hospitable, from the initial welcome by Emiliano, the restaurant and lake recommendations and farewell drinks with his sister Barbara and their family! The property is very well equipped and the views are outstanding with outdoor furniture looking out over the lake! We enjoyed many nightcaps sitting there admiring the view. There are numerous TVs, including a huge one in the living area, connected to Netflix etc, which the kids enjoyed first thing in the morning. The property is very well situated close to lakes and restaurants. And it is only a short drive to the beaches and to Rome. We will definitely visit again!

Nothing not to like!

Casa incantevole come da fotografie, i proprietari sono molto gentili,disponibili e discreti. La casa è immersa nel verde, in una posizione che garantisce vista e privacy. La piscina e la zona sedie/lettini sono puliti quotidianamente. È stata veramente una bellissima esperienza, anche per merito dei proprietari e di come gestiscono il posto.

Non ho trovato nessuno difetto

Absolument TOUT. Un cadre exceptionnel. Un maison très bien équipée, un lieu très calme avec une superbe vue sur le lac La mer est très proche (15min) ainsi que Rome (40min en train pour rejoindre la capitale) Le magnifique château de Bracciano Les restaurants à proximité Tout… Barbara et sa famille sont des gens fabuleux avec le cœur sur la main C’est un petit coin de paradis

Que le temps passe si vite…

Het huis is prachtig. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco, goede bedden en een keurige keuken. Barbara was een uitstekende host die je altijd vriendelijk te woord staat.

De hartelijke ontvangst van Barbara & Emeliano, de rust, stilte en comfort + het feit dat je het gehele domein en zwembad ter beschikking hebt zonder gestoord te worden door andere gasten.

Iets meer keukengerei: bvb. ontbijtkommetjes voor cornflakes, cocktailglazen en iets meer glazen en servies: nu diende je na elke maaltijd de vaatwas op te starten.

De mensen van het huisje waren super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Ze stonden altijd voor ons klaar. Alles was perfect in orde in het huisje en het zwembad. Alles was zeer netjes.

Niks op aan te merken.

Everything was perfect: the location, the apartment, and the welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying near Bracciano who is looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to relax. The private swimming pool is a great added value

Casa Melody is fantastic! It is a beautiful villa set on a gated property with two private bedrooms, a full kitchen, a laundry, a large terrace overlooking Lake Bracciano, and a pool. The host Barbara was so helpful: she met our family of four as we arrived, gifted us with snacks and drinks, and assisted us immediately when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Highly recommend this property!!!

We loved everything about this property!

Very beautiful location and house. Really peacefull and in a very beautifull garden. Very close to the lake and the lovely city of Bracciano with good restaurants. One of the most convenient places to stay to visit this area!
